Really this is Zac Posen - Claire's designer"friend," whom she seems to want to break lose from at the opening night party for Broadway's Pygmalion. Claire plays the role of Eliza Doolittle and she certainly is playing a role here pretending to enjoy taking her picture with her "friend."
