Heidi and Spencer Get Paparazzi Fix

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt always appear as characters for the paparazzi so what makes it special that they would do the same thing for Halloween?

They need to get their fix from the paparazzi and the photogs are more than pleased to fill their need for attention.

It's the same thing every time. They pose like they're at their high school prom, then they kiss to show everyone how in love they really are and finally Spencer continues to stare into the photo lens while Heidi looks at him adoringly. Same shots every single time.

I wonder if they do the same three poses in Heidi's music video. I can't believe that Spencer would not put himself in in it.
