Miss Puerto Rico Lied About Pepper Spray?

Miss Puerto Rico Universe Ingrid Marie Rivera may be a little storyteller because the investigation concerning allegations of pepper spray on her dress and makeup during a pageant on Nov. 24 concludes that no traces of the spray were found on any of her things. Uh - oh!!!

The police are saying, "I guess she has a lot of explaining to do." Well yeah Ingrid's got some explaining to do seeing that she made her competitors look like a bunch of jealous catty girls ready to bring her down at any cost. Even though the complaint came from the pageants security director Miss Puerto Rico still sticks to the story that this incident did occur. Yeah, we'll see.
