Mischa Barton was arrested early this morning as LayDdee reported earlier and bail was set at $10,000. Obviously she met that - well at least her parents did because they were the ones picking her up from the Sheriff's Department. How bad does that suck?!!!
Mischa walked out with a wrap around her head and jumped in her parents car. Can you just imagine the ride home and what they had do say to her? I'm sure it wasn't, "Happy Holidays honey!!!"

With all the money they have, why don't these celebrities hire drivers? And why is it nine times out of ten a woman in this situation?
I've asked the same exact question about celebs hiring drivers. It's like they want this kind of publicity. And as far as females go I wasn't aware - that's just sad.
every girl deserves to have her fun, but she should know better than to drink and drive. Maybe she wanted to steal some of the attention from Lindsay, Britney, Paris and Nicole all of whom either had a DUI, or went to jail or rehab. Maybe we should not feel sorry for her at all, becuase she might have done it for the lack of attention she is getting lately.
There's got to be a better way to gain peoples' attention. Nicole was able to turn things around and now we talk about her giving back to those in need. If she wants attention how bout doing something real good with their money. These poor girls feel like any attention is good attention and that's just sick.
