Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are all cozy with each other as they cheese it for the cameras at the Fifth Annual Spike TV Video Game Awards. I don't know if you've been watching MTV lately but the promos for the next episode has the two breaking up.
We haven't seen them out like this in a little bit so I was hoping that Heidi had come to her senses and kicked Pratt to the curb. No such luck. And what was I thinking - it's a "scripted" reality show.
Oh and doesn't Heidi look a little ummmm....fuller to you? Like she may have gone back to see a certain special doctor for a second filling?

oh god, i havent seen the hills but these two are so damn annoying... i wish people would stop talking about them because they seem so fake and doing everything for publicity...
You haven't seen the Hills yet you know how annoying they are? That's an excellent assessment. If they bother you without without you tuning in, they'd pretty near kill 'ya watching the show. He's a real jerk - and I'm being nice.
