Rihanna received 6 - count 'em, 6 nominations for the Grammy's and she's only 19 years old. I'm sure you've noticed how much we love her here at LayDdee's so, this really didn't come as much of a surprise to us as it did to her.
"Oh my God, I can’t believe it. Six Grammy nominations?” Rihanna said to mentor/composer Evan Rogers, who relayed news of the nominations from the United States. “I just can’t believe this is happening to me. I almost have to pinch myself to believe this is happening to me.”
Rihanna is nominated for Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year, Best Dance Recording, Best R&B Song, Best Rap/Song Collaboration and Best R&B Performance.
