Paris Hilton is touring with boyfriend Benji Madden and his band Good Charlotte in South Africa spreading some Lady Dianish love. Here she is showing a more mature side as she visits a children's hospital, snuggling with the orphans looking very much like the late Princess Diana.
I like this softer side of Paris - I knew she had it in her! Now if she could do this in LA, I think the paparazzi will leave her alone.

I'm pretty sure she is doing it for the cameras. Whereas the princess did it out of a real human kindness. I might be wrong but I dont see paris hilton actually caring about anyone but herself.
It's a ploy. A leopard doesn't change its spots. It may purr versus growl, but it's stil a leopard.
This looks like a PR contrived photo op to me.
Can't you just hear PH saying "eeww, don't put your dirty hands on my dress, it will ruin the shot!"
what an insult to Princess Diana! Paris Hilton has done, what...one good thing in her life and i'm sure it's for the cameras. Di made a life out of helping those less fortunate
