David Beckham is probably the sweetest, most caring celebrity (besides yummy Brad Pitt) around and he proved it by visiting sick children in the hospital today. That's right, on his free time the Beckham gives back as much as he can and we LoVe him for that!!!
David stopped at the Xinhua hospital in Shanghai, China, to hang out with the children who have leukemia. I mean these pictures say it all - just look at that!!!
