Richie Sambora was picked up for DUI by Laguna Beach police last night. Thankfully, his 10 year old daughter was there for the ride and could witness the whole thing go down. That's right ya'll Richie thought it would be an excellent idea for him to get totally smashed and drive the vehicle with his little girl in the passenger seat. Perfect - wait 'til Heather Locklear and her team of lawyer's get a hold of this. He'll be lucky to ever see his kid again!
