Courtesy of TMZ we were able to get this picture of the "secret" witness in Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's custody battle. We can assume by his size that he probably was Brit's bodyguard. We will keep you updated as soon as we hear anything.
UPDATE:"Secret" witness WAS indeed Britney's bodyguard and his name is Tony.
2ND UPDATE: Tony did not take the stand at court today but his declarations were submitted into evidence. Tony Baretto alleges that Britney engaged in "nudity, drug use and safety issues post rehab."
