According to Page Six Britney Spears reportedly said,"I hate LA, I'm sick of that town." Someone had overheard her complaining while she was in Atlanta shopping. Upon her return Britney decided to make another one of her infamous pitstops at a public restroom and was sporting this ultra short mini-dress. From these pictures she appears to be embarrassed to even come out of the bathroom. And when she finally does come out Britney looks so uncomfortable. To which I say, why the hell wear it? Is this one of the numbers she bought from the junior section in Atlanta? I don't know, I just don't get it.
