Kiefer Sutherland received an award just hours after being arrested for DUI, and get this - it was the ACTRA Award for Excellence at the LA residence of Canada's Consul General. Are they thinking that the award should go to Jack Bauer instead of Sutherland because there's something really wrong about this. "Award of Excellence," - whatever!!
