Kanye West has his panties in a bunch because he didn't get a little statue from MTV. He was spotted backstage whining also because Justin got to be on the big stage along with doing his suite concert. Kanye didn't get to go to the big stage and perform. He was only asked to do his little suite concert - to which Justin sais, "Cry me a River".
