Beyonce' (doesn't she look non-draggish without the eyelashes?) and Jay-Z were spotted chillin' in NYC. I think she looks amazing without all the makeup and younger too!
Not sure what's going on with her outfit but that's OK - she's Beyonce'. She can wear whatever the hell she wants. If she wants to wear a black wig rather than the brown we usually see - that's alright. Just as long as Miss B doesn't take any hair tips from Amy (now blond) Winehouse!!!
