We LOVE talking about celebrities giving back and suprisingly enough Paris Hilton is one of them. She showed up for the amFAR benefit to support aids research as one of the chairmen. Check Paris covering her mouth - I'm absolutely certain she said something brilliant. From the look on the man's face to her right, I could be wrong.
