Kiefer Sutherlandwas arrested for DUI charges in West Hollywood early Tuesday. Somehow this isn't surprising to me because he always comes across a little blurry when doing interviews with his speech and appearance. I just thought he was sleepy. TMZ reported that Sutherland was "cooperative and mellow" as he was being released on $25,000 bail at 5:42AM.
