Hayden Panettiere checks out Rumer Willis' newly blonde hairdo at the politicaly aware Declare Yourself party last night. I think it's great that these young Hollywood stars are encouraging young people to get involved and vote. We're not a political blog so let's get to the dish. What or should I say why did Rumer do that to her hair? Look at it - someone lied to that poor girl and told her that she would be better blonde. Someone that really doesn't like her and wants her to look absolutely ridiculous. Doesn't she know that brunette is the new blonde?
