Grammy Winner - Kanye West

Kanye West performed last night during the Grammy Awards and sang 'Hey Mama' after 'Stronger' to pay tribute to his mom Donda who passed away. It was very emotional and I think he struggled at times during the song to get it out.

Kanye took away two trophies for Best Rap Solo Performance and Best Rap Album. When he took to the stage and started his acceptance speech, they started playing the, "shut up and sit down" music. He didn't like that too much and said something like, "it would be in good taste to stop the music now" when he started talking about his Mama. I was waiting for him to totally lose it - that would have made the night more interesting.
