Rihanna outdid herself once again as she made everyone's jaw drop in this emerald green dress at the World Music Awards. I know there were other people in attendance looking, I'm sure, fabulous but Rihanna in my opinion stole the show.
R&B singer Patti LaBelle and canadian singer Celine Dion are the honorees at the Awards show in Monte Carlo. Akon, Ciara and Avril Lavigne were also there at the awards show.
