According to TMZ we are learning that Britney has lost custody of both her boys. It comes as really no surprise to hear that Kevin Federline "is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court."

She is a bad mother, and then she goes out tanning!!! And turns her boys in two days early to their father!!! She should have never been allowed to have children. She is seriously messed up.
The expression on her boys faces in every picture I've seen is so telling.
