Since one of the issues the court had with Britney is that she was driving without a valid California license, she decided to address it according to People. After handing her boys over to Kevin Federline's bodyguard she and a friend drove straight to the DMV to fill out the paperwork and took a written test. California does not require a driving test so she was in the clear.
