Amy Winehouse May Not Perform At Grammys

Amy Winehouse has been in rehab now for over a week with visits from her dad (Mitch) and manager. From what her father is saying, she won't be performing live at the Grammy Awards next Sunday.

Mitch said, “I’m not sure the Grammys are going to happen. I don’t want her to go - I think it might be a bit too soon for her. She’s not well - that’s why she’s in rehab. But she’s doing OK. She is getting good treatment”.

It may be a bit too soon to perform live but never too late to let go of that beehive - 'cause DAMM!!!

Britney Spears' Stay At Hospital Extended

Britney Spears who has been diagnosed as a severe bipolar patient has had her stay at UCLA Medical Center extended. Papers will be signed very soon extending Britney's involuntary stay at the psych ward according to Gossip Girls.

Meanwhile, during any of these holds, “a patient-rights advocate and a court representative will interview Ms. Spears to find out if she objects to being held against her will.”

So, if Britney decides she wants to leave, she can set court hearings in motion just by saying that she doesn’t want to be there anymore.

Britney's Dad Granted Legal Control Over Her Affairs

Britney Spears Dad has been given legal control over her affairs as a result of an emergency court hearing today. Which means that Sam Lufti's gonna be 'lefti' out of Britneys' visitors list -assumably.

The court also granted Jamie the authority to "prosecute any civil harassment restraining orders." Court rep Allan Parachini confirmed that Britney's close confidant, Sam Lutfi, "is the subject of a civil restraining order," but gave no further details.

Ugh, Sam gives me the creeps, ya'll. That boy is SlEeZy!!!

Eva Mendes In Rehab

Eva Mendes has checked herself into a rehab facility and I didn't even see this coming. Apparently she will be tackling some "personal issues."

"Eva has been working hard for the past year and made a positive decision to take some much-needed time off to proactively attend to some personal issues that, while not critical, she felt deserved some outside professional support. Out of respect for Eva’s privacy, we do not wish to discuss further details," her rep told PageSix.com.

Michelle Williams Moving Statement

Michelle Williams released a statement concerning her ex, Heath Ledger and we have to admire her strength in such a difficult time. It's clearly evident in what she had to say. Here it is;

"Please respect our need to grieve privately. My heart is broken. I am the mother of the most tender-hearted, high-spirited, beautiful little girl who is the spitting image of her father. All that I can cling to is his presence inside her that reveals itself every day. His family and I watch Matilda as she whispers to trees, hugs animals, and takes steps two at a time and we know that he is with us still. She will be brought up with the best memories of him."
